Acceptance of Terms, Conditions of sale and Warranty
These terms are applied to all offers, legal agreements, actions, announcements, handlings and services between you ("Customer") and Everyday-hero. By accessing, browsing and/or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site. This agreement also contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase (or other legal relationship). By accepting delivery of our products described on an invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Everyday-hero. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Everyday-hero sole discretion.
Every agreement and any sales hereunder will be governed by the laws of the

Orders and Quotes
All prices quoted on the website of Everyday-hero are subject to change at any time, and at the sole disgression of Everyday-hero.
Special quotations will only be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Everyday-hero has the right to alter the quotations at any time, without giving notice.
If a customer cancels a order, Everyday-hero is entitled to 250 KR plus 10% of the invoice for costs made by Everyday-hero. Orders are not binding for Everyday-hero until accepted by Everyday-hero. An invoice can be considered as an order acceptance.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within Everyday-hero sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Everyday-hero, Everyday-hero must receive payment prior to Everyday-hero acceptance of an order.
Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire/bank transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Everyday-hero. If you send money by mail, you accept that it is your responsibility if your mail is lost in the post.
Invoices are due and payable within 14 days, measured from the date of the invoice. Everyday-hero may invoice parts of an order separately.
If payment is not received within 14 days, the customer will be, without given any notice from Everyday-hero, be in omission and will be liable for all legal costs (with a minimum of 75USD). Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
Shipping Charges & Taxes.
Normally our products are offered in this webshop inclusive of taxes and shipping charges.
Unless Customer provides Everyday-hero with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Everyday-hero acceptance of the order, the Customer is responsible for local sales and all other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Everyday-hero invoice.
Risk of Loss.
Title to products passes from Everyday-hero to Customer on shipment from Everyday-hero facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Everyday-hero is Everyday-hero responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer responsibility.
Guarantee conditions
Everyday-hero guarantees the products for a period of one year after the date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. The guarantee covers both replacement parts and labour. This guarantee complements the existing Norwegian guarantee obligations.
Service under guarantee is only provided upon presentation of reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the guarantee period. Everyday-hero’s responsibility for warranty claims is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in Everyday-hero’s applicable warranty statement in effect on the date of invoice.
Everyday-hero reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion.
The guarantee may not apply if:
* The defect is due to accidental damage (including but not limited to transport, lightning, water or fire), misuse or neglect and in case of alterations or repair carried out by unauthorised persons.
* The product requires modification or adaptation to enable it to operate in any country other than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorised or if any damage results from these modifications.
* the documents have been altered in any way or made illegible
In case your Everyday-hero product is not working correctly or is defective, please contact us immediately.
Products.
Everyday-hero policy is one of on-going product update and revision. Everyday-hero may, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Everyday-hero may revise and discontinue products at any time. Everyday-hero will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification sheet or catalogue are possible. The parts and assemblies used in building Everyday-hero products are selected from new and equivalent-to-new parts and assemblies in accordance with industry practices. Spare parts may be new or reconditioned.
Not For Resale.
Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale. Everyday-hero has separate terms and conditions governing resales.
Service and Support.
Everyday-hero endeavours to provide the best customer and technical support. For end-user Customers, Everyday-hero promises that its support people will attempt to handle any problem involving Everyday-hero products. However, Everyday-hero support people may not be able to understand or resolve any given problem. Service offerings may vary from product to product. Everyday-hero has no obligation to provide service or support until Everyday-hero has received full payment for the product or service/support contract for which service or support is requested.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, will Everyday-hero be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost or corrupted data/software, lost profit or business, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Everyday-hero or an Everyday-hero authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
Use of the products is completely for account and risk of the user/customer.
Everyday-hero is never obliged to cover direct or indirect damage, whatever, arised from malfunction of products, or arised from use of the products.
Everyday-hero is never liable for damage, caused by his staff or by authorised representatives, unless the damage has been caused by gross guilt or negligence of the persons for which conduct Everyday-hero is liable.
Everyday-hero has the right in case of circumstances beyond Everyday-hero’s control, to cancel the agreement and is not liable for any damage.
For complaints you have to contact Everyday-hero within 8 days after the complaint has showed.
One year limited warranty
Everyday-hero-branded products come with a one-year limited warranty. Everyday-hero manufactures its hardware products from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry-standard practices. Everyday-hero warrants that the hardware products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term is one year beginning on the date of invoice, as further described below. Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorised by Everyday-hero, usage not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Everyday-hero. This warranty does not cover any items that are added to an Everyday-hero system after the system is shipped from Everyday-hero. Everyday-hero will repair or replace products returned to Everyday-hero facility. To request warranty service, you must contact Everyday-hero within the warranty period. You must ship the products back to Everyday-hero in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Everyday-hero owns all parts removed from repaired products. Everyday-hero uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products. If Everyday-hero repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
Everyday-hero does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth in this warranty statement or liability for incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation any liability for products not being available for use or for lost data.
Total satisfaction return policy
If you bought products directly from an Everyday-hero company, you may return them to Everyday-hero up to 30 days from the date of the invoice for a refund of the purchase price, minus 10% for administration and p&p costs. To return products, you must contact Everyday-hero. You must ship the products to Everyday-hero in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Returned products must be in as-new condition and other items included with a product must be returned with it.
Internet Commerce
The online store at Everyday-hero.com is designed to give you options concerning the privacy of your credit card information, name, address, e-mail and any other information you provide us. Everyday-hero is committed to data security with respect to information collected on our site.
